helpdesk to customers that purchase our software. This is offered for
the 90 days following purchase, and thereafter to those who adopt our
annual maintenance arrangements. The helpdesk operates during office
hours, Monday to Friday. Additional helpdesk facilities are possible
through specific arrangements.
