ClockFace is used for clocking in and out of
work, and can assist time and attendance or access control. It
uses facial recognition software to check if the person in front
of the door or site entrance is the correct one, thus providing an
ultra high level of security and control at access points. This is
carried out by taking a biometric ‘measurement’ of the face,
and checking the measurements against a ‘template’ stored in
the system – a close enough ‘match’ between the two sets of
measurements will allow the individual to be verified. It can be
embedded into existing access control systems, using PIN number,
swipe or proximity cards, and if required can be linked into our
TimeKeeper software for enhancing payroll and timekeeping
procedures.
- It allows you to achieve greater accuracy
in recording exactly who is on site at any one time – thus
cutting down on excessive wage claims.
- Clear financial savings can be made on
payroll and reduced fraud – one user of the system has “paid
for the system many times over”
- It is quick and easy to use – “quicker
than our old clock card system” says one civil engineering
system
- False attempts to enter are recorded –
with a picture of who tried to enter.
- It can be used in conjunction with
timekeeping and payroll.
- There is an immediate added level of
security.
Verification through facial recognition has
been bought by:
- Freight Terminals
- Civil Engineering Conglomerates
- Construction Firms
- Ports
- Major UK companies
There are many installations throughout
the UK and Ireland, including some of the largest civil
engineering sites in the UK, such as the Terminal 5 development at
Heathrow.
One of the UK’s largest companies has
installed it as an additional level of security for a highly
sensitive office complex.
