What does TimeKeeper do?

TimeKeeper works alongside our ClockFace software to produce a wide range of reports and timesheets. The information gathered (by ClockFace) from workers clocking on and off is fed directly into TimeKeeper to prepare attendance reports, logs, session viewers and timesheets.

TimeKeeper also enables you to post messages to either individuals or groups of workers, as they clock in and out of work – for example ‘supervisor today is…’ and has the ability to display safety graphics.

What are the benefits?

  • Cost reductions in timesheet and payroll management.

  • Greater accuracy in the production of timesheets, which can be transferred electronically to payroll for action.

  • More accurate site information for site/project managers, and for health and safety purposes.

  • Better analysis of costs, eg between different subcontractors.

  • Company or site-specific criteria can be entered once for use throughout the system.

  • Holiday, week-end rates, and other criteria entered once for common use.

  • Site manager able to override criteria (eg for exceptional bonuses), with log kept of any changes.

Who is already using the system?

TimeKeeper has been used extensively by Laing O’Rourke, one of the biggest names in UK civil engineering, as well as several other major construction companies. The system was developed in close liaison with Laing O’Rourke, to ensure user requirements were effectively met.
