Aurora provides services in several key areas. Each of these can be commissioned separately and some are included when purchasing individual licences for our software products.

Our services are delivered by staff employed by Aurora. There are several key measures and targets that we set ourselves, whatever the service.

• All are based around delivering to customer requirement. If the service cannot provide a tangible way for the client to improve performance, increase efficiency or reduce costs, then it is unlikely to be appropriate.
  
  
• All are built upon specialist expertise within Aurora. Our track record, since 1998, of involvement in the field of facial recognition biometrics is unparalleled. We do not know of any other organisation with staff that have so many years of practical experience in this field.
