In common with any software
package, training on Aurora’s products enables users to achieve
the best results. Some training is included in many of our FaceRec products.
This can be delivered on site (in suitable surroundings) or at Aurora’s
premises near Northampton. The group size is negotiable but no more
than four is suggested. Aurora is always willing to discuss individual
requirements and to be flexible in meeting our customers’ needs.
We ensure that all software we develop is as intuitive
as possible. This is particularly important from the user’s point of view. However,
this rarely means that training is not necessary: all major software
systems benefit from good quality training. Colleagues at Aurora have
many years’ experience of training in a variety of software applications
and are happy to share this expertise.
Standard training may be all that is required. However,
we are more than happy to discuss with clients a range of additional
or bespoke training
to ensure an effective implementation of facial recognition in your specific
circumstances.
Independent research has consistently shown that
there are two factors above all else that aid the effective implementation
of new software
systems. The first is (naturally enough) that the software itself is ‘fit
for purpose’. The second is the degree of emphasis clients place
on initial training and time for staff to become familiar with the new
applications. Again, we are happy to advise on this.
